The Irish Research Council (IRC) serves as the representing entity for DARIAH Ireland. The mission of the IRC is to enable and sustain a vibrant research community in Ireland. The IRC fulfills its mission by supporting excellent researchers in all disciplines, from Arts to Zoology, in response to the broad skills and research needs within society. A representative of the Council sits on the DARIAH EU General Assembly representing Ireland and advocating for Irish Research and Researchers.
